She then advised the Permanent Mission of Sierra Leone to the United Nations primarily in the  6th Committee of the General Assembly (Legal Affairs). Since 2017, Sabrina has had her own practice in New York. She assists and guides private businesses and individuals in negotiating and preparing agreements to establish a presence in the United States and in resolving legal issues. Sabrina works closely with U.S.-based clients doing business in continental Europe in the United Kingdom and with European clients pursuing business and investment opportunities in the United States. She evaluates, structures and negotiates international transactions such as distribution, licensing, franchising, employment and consultancy agreements. In addition to her experience and creativity, Sabrina collaborates with her network of trusted advisors in Europe when necessary. She also assists clients with certain immigration matters.


Education

Sabrina graduated in Law from the University of Ferrara in 1996. She was an Erasmus student at KUL Leuven in Belgium in 1991-92. In 1998, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Wake Forest University School of Law in the United States of America. She has been a member of the New York BAR since 1999. Sabrina speaks fluent English and Italian. She is conversant in French and Spanish.
