He has developed solid skills in the sector of real estate and condominium law.
He deals with tax and corporate law with particular regard to corporate governance.
He has a correspondence office in Madrid, where he is qualified as a lawyer.
He has had a varied and multidisciplinary professional path.
He has been and still is on the Board of Directors of companies present in the Milan area. He held the position of Director of A.SVI.COM. (Commerce and Business Development Association) of the provinces of Milan and Monza, an association that brings together over 2500 SMEs, and of Sistema Commercio e Impresa, one of the major national labor organisations.
For these he oversaw relationships with a credit consortium, dedicated to the opening of facilitated credit lines for entrepreneurs.
He worked in a professional firm specializing in the real estate and condominium sector. He worked for years as head of a CAF, Tax Assistance Centre, and carried out activities in the Tax Commission of a Municipality in Brianza.
After graduating with honors in Theoretical Philosophy from the Catholic University of Milan, he made long life learning his guiding principle, later earning a degree in Economics and then in Law, again with honors.
He obtained at the Catholic University of Milan a master’s degree in Tax and Labor Law under the direction of prof. Tiziano Treu, Minister of Labor in the Dini and Prodi governments, and later, with honours, a master’s degree in Forensic Legal Studies.
In 2011, after course and passing examination, he joined the Register of Professional Mediators at the Ministry of Justice.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association. He speaks French, English and Spanish.
