Current and Past Experience

He served in the Carabinieri army for over 15 years as officer of Operational Departments and of the Judicial Police Section of the Public Prosecutor’s Office. In the course of his activity, he has gained significant professional experience in the corporate field with regard to the preventive and consultancy phase for companies relating to the applicative effects of the legislation on the liability of entities with particular reference to the construction and management of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. He specializes in corporate restructuring, preparation of industrial and economic-financial plans, budgeting and reporting, finance and subsidized finance, corporate training plans and generational transfers. He has been a member of the Bar Association since 2018.

Education

Graduated in Law and II level Master in Criminal Law of the Company at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan.
